Cancer-fighting Stir
Fries
Fill medium-size jar half full of soy
beans, fill to top with pure water, cover and leave in refrigerator overnight.
Next day, pour off water, and this will be your supply of soy beans for next
few days.
Pour hadfull of soaked soy beans into
frying pan.
Add 1/2 block of firm Tofu, sliced and diced.
Six Shitake mushrooms, dry; break up into mix. Shitake mushrooms will give your
creation the texture of containing meat, without the danger of actually containing
meat. If you prefer your stir-fries nearly raw, you can soak the mushrooms in
water before cooking.
Ten cloves of garlic, sliced. (It's impossible to add too much garlic).
Two 1/4 inch slices from whole white onion; slice and dice into mix.
One large (or two small) Jalapeno peppers. Remove 80 90% of seeds, adapt
to your own taste. I like a little sweat, but not a burning tongue. You have
to enjoy your meal.
One medium tree of broccoli, bushy end cut from trunk and cut up into mix. Peel
trunk and slice into mix.
Two tomatoes, slice and dice into mix.
One or two carrots, scraped and sliced and diced.
Pour in several teaspoons of olive oil with equal amounts of pure water; mix
ingredients with spatula.
Fry at medium heat, covered, until ingredients are tender. Theres nothing
wrong with raw food, so dont overcook. You will time the cooking to your
own particular taste. I like my veggies and mushrooms tender but not soggy or
burned. Check every five or ten minutes until done.
Pour 1/4 cup of golden flax seed into coffee grinder. Grind about ten seconds
or until powdered. Remove stir-fry from stove, uncover and pour flax seed powder
over mix. Stir well with spatula. Flax seed will add a nutty flavor that is
delicious and it is loaded with Omega-3. You will add flax seed powder this
way every time you prepare stir-fries, no matter the ingredients.
You can add several slices of vegetarian cheese, re-cover, and return to hot
plate without turning it on until cheese melts or softens enough to mix in with
veggies.
Pour a helping onto your plate and add Braggs Liquid Aminos instead of salt.
We went to the big flea market in Waldo and found some glass PIE PLATES in dinnerware
sizes. We use these instead of dinner dishes. Easy to handle, holds a lot, no
spill, and easy to clean.
A medium size frying pan will produce enough stir-fry to have some for later.
It doesnt matter what ingredients you use, follow your tastes; however,
this particular recipe contains NOTHING but cancer fighting foods.
You should probably be sitting down when
you eat this as you may faint from euphoria.
